The army tests all materials, so if a established army vendor wants to introduce a new product made from material that they get from a third party the army has to test it, I don't see a direct contract between Kraig and the Army because the COMPANY Only PRODUCES SILK IT DOES NOT MAKE anything shootpaks included, now Polartec and Warwick which have Army contracts do .. maybe that will clear things up ..
Belive me you will never know the results from the shootpaks especially if they test positive..
