They have already done that MULTIPLE times. It is their MO.
They promised the Army (and shareholders) that they would meet the deadline for the 1st deliverable (for shootpacks) and missed it. The Army was gracious enough to give them an extension, and they again promised to make it, but missed it (again).
They also promised the Army (and shareholders) that they would meet the deadline for the 2nd deliverable (for custom spidersilk), and missed it. They then asked for an extension for 4 months, and missed it. They then asked for another extension for 4 months, and missed it. That deliverable is now a year late and there still is no word.
It looks like there is a pattern. And the pattern is that KBLB CONSTANTLY overpromises and underdelivers.
