And we know some work was being done last year.
As you stated there are 11 labs. Also it does not take much room to house silkworms.... so what else is the building for? That would be a necessary thing to have or no way KIM would have done it.
My thoughts ... reeling machines.

there is much more involved than just feeding silkworms mulberry leaves...that's what the whole 5 yrs of waiting on Vietnam was about..the rules and laws that had to written and enacted..
