just judging from the size of the building, the pictures that were posted of the work being done, the fact that they had to install 11 labs, and only recently announced that the work was completed, would you say that the remodeling was "minimal"...
how could rice have said such a thing in May?...did he truly have no idea just what had to be done to get the facility up to the standards required by Vietnam?...
what are these guys doing over there?...hell what have they been doing over here all these years?...
