Pure speculation on my part. I was not at the meeting. You were. I was quoting you quoting them. All I know is kblb has a very long history of missed deadlines. Reportedly they claim their liaison at the army has moved on to better things and this is their excuse for no progress with the army. Seems like an extremely lazy excuse of an excuse to me. More likely the army has said “call us when you finally get your act together” . Bottom line is the company still has not made promised delivery to army , per contract. The army contract expired. The army is not going to continue on with kblb under a new contract until they get that delivery. Then maybe they will renew or create a new contract.
