Backstabbed, Garnock’s nano wellness start-up Disruption Labs recently leased a 14,000 sq ft facility in Austin, Texas, to begin production of all their proposed food and beverage products.

They were based in Florida.

I actually think this is a different Disruption Labs as it is Inc. , not LLC, and the address is a Houston lawyer.

Garnock’s Disruption still uses a Florida lawyer, but it did register in Texas along with a Sante LLC.

Wherever they make their bio-enhanced food and beverages, the key question for this board is who will they to distribute it?

I wonder if Garnock knows of a growing global distributor who sells that kind of product?
Has to be one somewhere?

No idea why they decided to relocate operations from Florida to Texas. Maybe Texas has a better corporate tax structure? Or maybe they preferred the tech vibe of Austin to Tampa?
