He sure is doing a great job of communicating that he never meets his own deadlines. He’s been saying it will be filed since April. We’ve been patient for four months.

CEO did warn shareholders about PPS being manipulated



He did assure assure shareholders there will be NO reverse split



I agree 10 years for shareholders = 1 day for Berge. Patience is definitely the key here.


CEO wants to hear nothing referencing a Press Release. Last PR was issued more than a year ago.

So, yeah, Berge is doing a good job communicating with shareholders. Patience is definitely key for investors to lose money.

Said the CEO: "Give me your 1,000,000 shares equivalent to $100 and I'll give you 1,000 shares equivalent to $1. Everybody wins!!!"
