The Company plans to timely request a hearing before the Panel, which will stay any further action by the Staff at least pending the ultimate conclusion of the hearing process.
"During the pendency of the requested hearing before the Panel, the Company’s common stock and warrant securities will remain listed and trading on Nasdaq."
they probably haven't even presented their case yet to the panel, much less received a favorable ruling...gl!
