Last week the SEC had a concern or Question on the S1 so company filed the S1-A. The SEC has now accepted the terms in the S1 and accepted it as am official business transaction. $VRUS not playing in the Little Leagues this is serious shit here SEC Filer Audited.
To give an example how many TICKERS have you seen put out a LOI or a Reg A filing that have no hope of success. We are not about that only done deals are put out there. S1 is a process that although effectively in force it still needed SEC approval. May see the AG shares become registered now I assume.
The S-1 being declared effective means that Garnock's and Berdon's shares are now registered and they are free to, let's just say, "manage" their shares without having to follow Rule 144 restrictions. Of course, we all expect them to manage their shares judiciously.
