also, apdn's market cap is $10.5M, but LineaRx is being valued at $25M?!?

so can i presume that apdn minus lineaRX = Negative $14.5M?

between theracann deal and this one seems to be lots of "value" being created by accountants with non-traded securities...but i'm no expert in these matters...
