At this point you don't have any proof that LAHO/GSCG isn't a scam. All you have is the facts being shared by the accused. OF course a scam company isn't going to say it in the PR's.

See how it works BOTH WAYS...

Time will tell who was right. And every one is entitled to their "opinion".

If this merger happens and everyone's money isn't destroyed by a Reverse Split I will gladly apologize. Hell I'll even close my account forever!

But I expect apologies in return if the RM is cancelled or RS'd.

And by the way. I would never tell anyone to "give it a rest" because I believe investors should be BOTH sides. Unlike the attempt to "silence" my views.. THAT looks shady also.

$LAHO Also NO proof anything "claimed" as factual, revenues, profit margins, +125 employees, etc. I can tell you a few facts though, #GSCG is operating out of a small rented office, that's what's registered as their "Head Office". #GSCG wants access to capital markets - weird if they have that much revenue going through their books. #GSCG is "apparently" being acquired by $LAHO - a company with no money to their name. Unless LAHO & GSCG are both in on this little scheme together?
