They have no problems with two hospitals. They have a problem with JRMC, whether that will be resolved is the question. IF they have two other hospitals that are working and profitable I WOULD ASSUME THAT WOULD MAKE A VERY STRONG CASE FOR GETTING JRMC REINSTATED. We dont know the whole story on JRMC and what liabilities Rennova acquired and if full disclosure was made in the transaction with Tennova.
We do know now that all taxes (payroll and federal and tax liens) have been paid at least that is what Rennova has stated.
