So you expect a 1.5 billion share company to be worth 75 billion dollars because they file some late paperwork.

Go look at Fuel Cell, Ballard Power , Plug and see if companies with actual IP and that have built lots of fuel cells for actual customers are profitable and worth any billions of dollars.
