I told you all that b4 but you didn't want to listen. Its Shorts. It is really this simple. They don't want PPS up because the want that SS increased so they can convert more because they are greedy. If you read the PR, it says the company will make prepayments. Pre, meaning b4 those conversions ever happen. Shorts are in a bind here and will try everything they can to suppress PPS. Don't fall for the tricks.
