Since they are outta capital, do you have the funds to bring this stock current if they agree to some sort of joint venture? I would believe they may be able to still pursue their own engine under the FM company and have a joint venture under MLER. It appears you are looking for a shell to take over which is already listed on the exchange

I've been following this for a while and you keep posting how the rotary will never work, that you have an engine which will, people should buy Moller stock, Moller should license your engine and you keep contacting Moller but they never respond.

Since you obviously have something of value and you keep talking about splitpower, I ask you this:
1. How many splitpower engines have you built?
2. How many are running?
3. How many hours of testing have you done?
4. How does the theoretical math work out to reality?

At this point all I see is a website and some papers. If I was Paul and someone came to me with just that and nothing tangible, then I wouldn't respond either. On the other hand, if you have all of this up and running then why not go visit Paul with an engine in hand and have him take a look at it? That would get this thing going much faster.

Also, the splitpower and corporationofflight pages seems to have nobody behind it. It's about as murky as the Cubic Currency page that operates out of the same address in Atlanta. The only information I can find is that Corbin Leroy Young is the CEO, COO and Secretary. That's just via the GA Department of Corporations public website. Plus that person has two patents. One is the Flux Capacitor Solar Cell and Edge Self Designing Card Game For Fun, Professional and Casino Play.

My suggestion is since there is a website, maybe put in an About Us link and another on the progress of this engine. It would really help get the splitpower engine going as opposed to having everyone just keep guessing. Maybe the engine is not your engine but you keep pushing the shareholders to get Moller to license it.
