That is my point...we are not in disagreement...that cash does not magically flow to VyStar...the Rotmans still have operationing costs

The 8K shows they already have Rotmans financials. So why not release them already?



Of course they already have the Rotmans fins, but there is such a thing as wrapping up the full audit b4 releasing them. And according to a couple of recent shareholder updates who've talked to VYST since the Rotmans closing news, that's exactly what the auditing firm and VYST are working on doing.

So logic strongly suggests that the fully audited Rotmans financials should be getting released a lot sooner than the 71 day timeframe they have to file them since the July 22nd Rotmans definitive agreement 8k was filed.

So you allocate your funds for cost and tax savings and sustainability, right? That's just good business sense. Why would people think a successful company like the Rotman's aren't doing the same? They've been around a lot of years doing things the right way, that's probably going to continue.
