With all due respect - in this particular instance - you are splitting hairs.
She and her team were there. In other words QEDN was there. QEDN gained exposure. Whether the meeting was arranged with GMS (and QEDN “tagged along”) or if QEDN was invited directly is irrelevant at this point. QEDN is now “on the map”. Whether anything comes of this meeting? I’ll concede - that’s to be determined.
