Is a 121 million dollar Navy contract and a 10 million float worth more than .46? I know my answer to that question. This is worth MULTI DOLLARS.

I usually sell in thirds at various price targets. Those targets are completely dependent upon one's own analysis.

FWIW, I'm still adding on this one.

It would not be logical to sell very much at this point.

1. The stock may be rising on rumors. This could include that challenges to the contract will be unsuccessful. If confirmed, there should still be a lot of room on the upside.
2. There are many unknowns here, including future improved status with the stock exchange, financial report resumption, corporate officers, takeover interest, other contracts sought, etc. Clarity in several of these could create a lot more value.
3. There are not enough sellers to reduce the share price at this point. Don't be the first!
