Good, The CTs will end up worthless. A few years ago I found I still had as I recall about 1000 shares in a small account that I don't look at often. I thought perhaps I would just hang on as it was only $30 worth at the time. (now about $10 worth)Then I thought $30 is $30 why just let it go to zero. Sold the shares and bought a nice dinner.
I see no point in holding shares. It will be difficult to exit large positions. I think someone here said they had about $30k in CTs at near current prices. Why see $30k disappear? I would say take what you can get and move on. Put Lehman behind you as a bad mistake and valuable learning experience.
Most here think they are getting screwed by the system. The process is perfectly legit, they just don't understand it. Unfortunately they will also not learn from it as being in denial that they were wrong about the trade.
Who will buy? You can only hope for a bigger fool.
