Not sure you are wrong, and maybe there never was a $2.17 buyout offer [I doubt we will ever know] but the story is NOW about actuall assetts and earnings...they either exist...or they do not.

I am awaiting for when AIM is announced,..as I believe we will rocket soon! What happens when we hit the lower trendline,...??either we sink..or we begin to swim,...time IS getting short.
