As long as this humongous Federal Deficit hangs over our heads there will be low interest rates until the shit hits the fan. Raising rates increases the carrying costs on the deficit. We are in a no win zone. Interest rates will soar at some point as well as precious metals. The question is, how will that affect COOP when that happens and unemployment soars?
