I don't think anyone here is saying this won't get bought out inside of 18 months...the issue is so much upfront cash is still needed soon (hence more dilution). Their future costs estimates could miss by 10M or more so that is a big ? as well. How can anyone trust em ?
They might as well do a large raise now, let things settle, and then go gang busters early in Q4. Wet the appetite with rebranding news and give fence sitters a reason to buy in then - gearing up for submission in early January. A rebranding PR now does nothing and gets wasted. I am curious how much they raise and at what PPS...also will warrants be attached ?
Right now, we are in no-man's land, although every single outstanding share going forward MATTERS. I don't feel Mgt pays enough attention to the importance of that. They obviously don't give two shats about implementing some of the awesome ideas / suggestions posted on this very message board over the YEARS. Chad has the most to gain here so we can only hope he either grows a set or really is "all that" and delivers !
