"Oh, Tech Support..." as we corporate types are known to say. For $14.99 a month, I have "Advanced Tech Support" from CenturyLink. I decided to see if fixing printer connections was in their "purview" (as Mueller is fond of saying). One hour and a driver update later... I am back in business!
This is an unsolicited endorsement of their service. I've used it on numerous occasions and have been quite satisfied with the service. Helpful hint for anyone who considers this. I type out the problem with helpful details on Notepad or in Word and display it where they can read it. Makes for much better communication.
Time to hit the shower. I'm glad that's fixed. <g>
