They usually update a few days after a filing. They don't do it from a PR.

Of course, they aren't automatic: usually they need to be notified of the change or they aren't aware of it. It's only a couple of people who handle all of that.

Apparently TA is slow with the change. I checked yesterday. On bright side the unrestricted count really has not changed much since January. Total unrestricted shares just 42,186,218
