IMO, the unprecedented determination of some, who obviously know and understand a great deal about possible cancer treatments, must be greatly threatened by how close PMCB is to being the proving ground for new treatments.

That must be it. When Kenny promised a mythical CT would start Q3 2015, and again by the EOY 2016, was PMCB close then?

the only other explanation could be that some would have a very large PMCB short position.

Ok, if you insist... How much equity would one need in their account to Short 500K shares of PMCB? Answer: One would need to maintain an account with an equity value of $1.25M. Subject to interest charged against the borrowed shares by the broker, and a margin call if the account fell below the value of $1.25M. Such a Short would have to wait months, if not years for the PPS to go to near zero. And what would be the payoff? Answer: approx $15K.

Alternatively one could take their $1.25M account, and go Long in several small-mid cap on the NASDAQ and make (or lose) $15K+ in a day.

It approaches investing insanity to have a large Short position in PMCB, or any other Microcrap stock, with a PPS under $5. Maybe needing an explanation is why it's always assumed some sort of Short conspiracy is involved with these Microcrap stocks?

I heard this same exact story years ago. It is the same expressions as investors have made over and over again. There is hardly any such thing as an original thought. The story that never changes here is delay after delay and excuse after excuse for years now. It shows me that it just can't be real. No company continues to exist with the same incompetence with this company's type of decision-makers unless they are expert paperhangers. Even then, it has been played out and the end is near unless the paperhangers come up with a brainstorm. Nobody on the street is biting at their nonsense and recycled PR's now. 1/5th of a percent or less of their O/S trading daily. laughable.
