Might be a confusion between the two processes:

1. What's taking place between PCTL and Ontario Inc. Certainly doesn't appear like a reverse merger, imo.

2. Ontario Inc wants to list on TSX Venture Exchange. It could go through a convention process or a rm process with a shell. Its alluding to the latter. IMO
