Good luck to you. Like I said, I think Verb will do well in the long term, excellent management (except Rory), BOD and Advisory committee.

Short term obstacles, IMO, integration timing and toxic loans.

IMO, bumpy 18-24 months, then smooth sailing if the services are what is portrayed.
