#828 RE: KalratiInvestor #826

How can someone be a new investor in CVBT shares, if the stock has not traded for seven years? If you participated in a private placement why is there not a SEC REG-D filing? How has nothing happening for the last five years caused people to become new investors at $3 a share? Lastly, the reason it will take two years if not more for the stock to re-list, is because the audit is worthless unless it has a clean opinion. I can not imagine how a company with a negative net worth of over $30 million and no revenue have a clean opinion. How is it possible to be a new investor? I hope this isn't hype!
