In fact the documents all refer to "the Company" agreeing to the extensions and he signs on behalf of "the Company" himself.
Did a majority of the Board agree to the extensions or did "the Company" agree to it the same way his compensation was decided? At least there's a piece of paper this time around...to preserve his interests, of course. Even if he did sign for both parties.

reminder .. i'd noted earlier this year that if RH filed the the 10K (or the NT which is an indication of intent) .. that there was a reason for it..
