Not to say it's not possible or true, but what I buy and sell or anyone else buys and sells is not disclosed, including EMA. How could they have info like that? And how can they use it? All shares that are in play are controlled by transfer agent, not Vyst. And transfer agent doesn't have access from my broker i.e. E*TRADE or fidelity to my name and info. The middle man there between agent and broker is Market makers and again, they don't have info with my name and number. My broker does. I do. All trades are recorded and broker and I'm sure I can get long ago ones I've done on all stock trades. But not the transfer agent. He can't find out I not x shares on this day and sold them on y day. Instead from me or anyone else or EMA ->broker->MM->transfer agent as a report of numbers for documentation and record keeping i.e. Float and o/s. It never makes it to Vyst. They can order transfer agent to give shares to someone in writing if vyst still has dilution or if they sold restricted shares or anything like that. The execs give info in writing to transfer agent when they sell shares and then file a form 3. Then agent finds the market for them. But the exec doesn't know if they ended up in my pocket or repurchased by another exec that could've been buying at that time. So how can they have that info?
