Commencing with the year ending December 31, 2007 and continuing each subsequent calendar year, Abbott will pay annual minimum royalties to Biocurex.

Is this January 1, 2007 or December 31, 2007 or somewhere in between.

It's going to take as long as it takes. The good thing is, after the feasibility review payment, the submission payment will soon follow, then the PMA about 6 months after that!
