Description of r&d costs paragraph is now proof of a deal. That’s their costs not what a third party is giving them as compensation lol. I really can’t understand how them not issuing any kind of release or 8k about a development deal doesn’t raise any red flags for you. And it’s not some bs NDA because they were happy to name drop at that thalmann conference to sell equity and not to mention they failed to even disclose weigao was dead. There would have to be some kind of deal signed between one of the 5 companies they are claiming to be working with and they would have received some kind of development compensation since 2017, none of it passes the smell test. Until there’s proof of a deal then it’s just more talk from sonny.
