Hello everyone, I just could not stay away from a computer :-) How is everyone doing today? Disappointed? Disgusted? Wow, all this anger building up within... Eastunder is right. When the first news of a Reverse merger with APII we thought it was kinda funny like the best joke yet. I am glad that the merger did not go through because for sure either APII shareholders or NMKT shareholders are going to get screwed. It is either us or them but bottom line it is always the shareholders paying the price. I have said so many times that PHIL should just concentrate on his promises. And DO NOT MAKE ANY PROMISES THAT HE CANNOT DELIVER. I am still waiting for all the promises he mentioned when the company was still IPVO. What happened to those.... Too many to list and I am still waiting and so are others. It is INTEGRITY, ETHICS, and RESPONSIBILITY that PHIL should be concentrating on and deliver what he had promised. Well, got to be with the family. Good luck and HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL.

Peace,
Augie

LOL, Jen, You are sooo right!!!
It's probably a good gamble, I hate to say.

I appreciate all the comments/feedback on the margins. I probably was being too optimistic from some of the other companies, like CHDT, that keep saying they will have UNBELIEVABLE margins of like >50%, LOL. And then they come out with ZERO sales on that line of product. Go figure, maybe the margins were too high? Ya think?
Now I did not believe that they would achieve those 50% margins either, but I figured 10 to 25% was achieveable. And I tend to then transfer those expectations from other companies with revs growing at a good pace over to companies like NMKT.
Your posts have brought me back down to earth a bit, thanks. My expectations just become too high when I see revenues soaring, and then I get disgusted (sorry Digi, but I was sooooo disappointed) when I only see $2MM in earnings when they had revs of over $50MM for the 9 months.
It was MY BAD, and uneducated expectation - I was looking for about $4 or 5MM in earnings. Your posts have educated me a bit to be more realistic with my expectations.

I will now apologize for the "disgusted" that you dislike so much, DigiTech.

I'm walking away from the computer for a few days, have to keep that ol DISGUST in check, you know, LOL.
Happy Thanksgiving to those for whom this is a Holiday your culture celebrates.
To others, have a nice weekend.

IIP did the same thing that NMKT will have to do. They did a RS and the stock just kept going up. IIP had diluted the number of shares to turn the company around...a lot of the same financials as NMKT but NMKT is growing their ROI and equity at a lot faster rate. If and when NMKT does a RS or a RM the SP will NOT go down. Why is that? The shorts have to cover because the EPS goes way up. THE ONLY STOCKS THAT GO DOWN ON A RS ARE ONES THAT HAVE NO EARNINGS...the stocks that have earnings to the positive side go UP.... and the PEG and PE goes down!

PV...just do it!
