K not knowing history here has there ever been any confirmation of assets??

Mr. Gottbetter told me
that the fund never took
a position, long or short
in LFWK/SLJB. Of course,
it's possible that anyone
can make up stories on a
bulliten board or even in
a personal conversation.
If Mr. Gottbetter was not
telling the truth, he'll
probably end up in jail.
Barring any evidence to the
contrary, I believe him.
