That is totally incorrect.

The original contract (for about $100K) was for shootpacks.

The extended contract (for about $900K) was for 220 lbs. of custom fiber.

For the extended contract, they CLAIMED that they "developed" a fiber for the Army in-house, but they never DELIVERED it. It was due last Aug / Sep, and is now almost 1 year late. And that is why they haven't gotten paid for it.

Col317, I stated plenty of times that the relationship continues. It’s pretty clear that it does. Those that choose to not believe and actually act in the opposite will find out soon enough ... either to their own missed opportunity or actual loss.
