Maher was talking about something else which i was missing at that point. -----

Today, now, i still feel, that in writing the one you replied to, i was, in a sense, stuck in the position of looking at a tree - the unfair GOP attacks on Mueller - while missing the forest that Maher was looking at.
I felt a disconnect between the "... in any way, shape or form" i had written there while at the same time, later, also agreeing with Maher's points. (Though the click-bait heading on it sucks.}
Guess this is a rather garbled attempt at trying to marry the two.
Again, i'm truly sorry i couldn't simply just agree with you there, but in being honest to you, and to myself, i couldn't.
For better or worse i've ended up here. And feel better for it, so - Thank you.
PS: Late late thought. Maher's i see as positive. The others as negative.
