Uh, yeah. Mueller went through such contortions to NOT create a sound bite with his stammering, shuffling, monosyllabic responses that could have used some fleshing out that I sometimes wonder if it was planned. In years gone by, that was not his style.
He was not communicating with the trump ignoranti, he was clearly shoving it in congress' face to try to tell them to get off their asses.
