Probably so, but why would they sell here? Don't you think they would continue pumping PR's to offload shares VS going completely dark? Just not adding up here... either your right and this is going to .0001 OR a bigger plan is being negotiated and they withdrew because they realized a few million shares had just become unrestricted... so withdrawing was a F U to the note holder... once they offload at these BS prices and all is clear, we get a positive update we might see a monster run... nobody knows... just trying to be optimistic here.
