Totally agree Lotto and Navy I hold both - loss money like Kyle Bass in the summer 2008 - bought a lot more in October 2008 through 2010. It is going to be good for prefs and even better for commons. There are no companies as important to the USA as Fannie and Freddie - the question is what the Govt is going to take to keep the guarantee in place. If the US Govt screws GSE investors they will screw any investor in a private/public entity or infrastructure project going forward. FHFA and UST will do the right thing and we should thank them now because they are stand up guys who believe in the rule of law when the previous administration just wanted the money.
