That’s for a current reporting CLEAN shell, not a multi year delinquent 6b A/S, no business license, turd with 500k+ in NON AGED/ACTIVE convertible debt on the books.
Value of this ticker would be in the 20-30k range, it would be lucky to even find a buyer because that person would have to get it current, then perform R/S, let LAM dump a trillion shares to get themselves paid, then perform R/S again to finally get it up to par.
