MM needed to reload. Shares went straight up from $.01 to $.06. MM sold millions of shares they did not have. They are now replacing those shares. Once they are balanced again they will let it trade freely.
MMs do this to prevent trading when the market is closed! I am nice enough to give an answer but I will not bother researching what I already know in order to provide a link; you can do that yourself!
