Wow, that is such amazing and detailed due diligence, where was that brand new information over 5 years old found. Nobody could possibly know who the 51 preferred shares were issued to over that timeframe. Because nobody has done a lick of DD around here. How will we as shareholders for over 4 years get to the bottom of this huge conspiracy theory. Then again maybe we have all known it was Armen for all these years. Oh gosh, what will we do. Oh let's see, it doesn't give him rights to do any changes in authorized shares. My gosh what will Armen do. Oh maybe hold a shareholder's meeting to obtain a vote from shareholders.
