INCORRECT! you are wrong! Vigil issues convertible debt preferred shares to family/friends who then convert the debt to freely tradable shares. Those shares are then sold on the open market during the "awareness campaigns" and proceeds are then split up among cohorts (Vigil, family, friends). That's how she gets away with the share structure not showing dilution. She has learned from the best scammer out there, Joe Canouse.
