Hopefully there's more in this shell than just those two things. Where's the $10M forgiven? Where's LoftWerks these days, and what about the 300M shares for Consultech? We never got Consultech so I guess we still have the 300M shares, so lets get the A/S lowered to 500M again. I feel for Steve, he's got a lot of explaining to do for the louse.
respect is given when respect is received.. it's a two way street.. don't forget the flipping of hands with the AF's prior to the news blast.. actually right up to the point where THEY ALL reviewed it and stated it was to be released.. STEVE INCLUDED.. and then surprised or not THEY ALL allowed the news blast to take its course holding the one thing that could change halt it immediately.. lawyers advising just doesn't cut it with the timeframe of events that unfolded.. bottom line THEY ALL knew it and THEY ALL stood back and let it unravel for DAYS.. so with all due respect please refrain from preaching in your posts.. if you want to do something constructive unravel why the reporter so timely blasted PV to start this fiasco..
