From the last PR of CSHD, we see Rufus is setting himself up for an insanity plea:

I will be releasing important information about the corporation's current status and recent events over the weekend.

Until we can better see Just which way the Pickle Will Squirt here, don't you think it's a little premature for civil class action unpleasantries. Let's face it, Rufus is a multiple felon on a myriad of counts. However until all injustices are wrapped up with a tidy little bow....no case.... This must play out until the "last dog" is hung.(what a crowd pleaser)

Believe me, I'm not defending Sir Rufus, just saying he is as slippery as they come. Yet he is cash poor, yet share rich. This lil' piggy's got some game and fight left in him. Don't underestimate him based on his public show of stupidity.

It's all part of the plan. Everything is as it should be.
