it's not the dollar amount (tho' i'd expect NRs' .. Non Retail .. angst)

it's the fact that P2O was noted .. PTOI shares were bought .. and a 13F was filed yet again

the easiest aspect NR CONtrolls on the OTC is the targets' PPS ..
what is unusual is for a decade old OTC target to *outlast* NRs' attention ..
let alone hold an enviable I/O and Float to say nothing of having a 13F filed .. :)
