$ASCK needs to reverse split soon to stay above a penny. The longer $ASCK waits, the lower the share price and the larger the reverse split ratio.

With respect to the share price rising: it will take tens of millions of shares of trading to work back up to $0.01, and more to hold above that price.

It's simply more pragmatic for a reverse split to happen to reset the share price.

Even around $0.0010 a 1:50 R/S would work taking the initial share price to $0.05 post-split.

Even if the share price falls 80% post-split as is typical, a $0.05 starting price post-split keeps $ASCK trading around $0.01. It's worthwhile for management to factor that fall in price into the reverse split itself.
