It is strange the way Citigroup keeps coming up. Remember the Reuters article that some dismissed, because the article wasn't there when you hit the link, yet others swear they saw it after hitting the link in the initial few minutes.
I admit when I hit the link the page was gone.
Then there's SBSH's unusual involvement as an MM lately.
Just some strings....But worth keeping in the back of our minds I think.
