My thoughts exactly - back to trips after r/s. I don't enjoy saying it but it's quite possible based on what we have witnessed so far. The CEO is clueless and a lot of people are feeling the pinch.
I would agree if the a/s wasn't getting lowered at the same time as the o/s. With an a/s already restricted and reserved to 12.1bil and divided by 250, that equals 48 mil of 60 restricted. There's a little more that gets restricted after for employee compensation. So only about 10mil left available on the a/s to do as you claim. I don't think it can happen the way you're suggesting
