We have no idea what the terms of that deal were and why they did not have the funding for closing. Everything was not disclosed. One thing we do know is that no shares were dumped on any part of that deal. The un-gagged transfer agent told us the real share count and what shares were still restricted. So saying we were duped because of not being able to close a deal for funding that we know none of the terms on is nonsense.
